NOTA DE CATA: Fase Visual: Color rojo picota de capa media alta con ribetes violáceos poco evolucionado, limpio y brillante. Fase olfativa: En nariz se muestra intenso con predominio de la fruta tanto roja como negra, frambuesas y moras. Recuerdos florales violáceos, fondo balsámico que aporta frescura, notas minerales acompañadas por leves toques tostados. Fase en boca: Su paso por boca es carnoso, con una buena carga frutal que recuerdan a moras y regaliz negro, arropado por una buena acidez, equilibrado con un tanino bien integrado, aterciopelado y un final largo.
