Vino tinto roble, elaborado a partir de fermentación de mosto en acero inoxidable a temperatura controlada, maceración de cuatro semanas. Crianza en barricas de roble americanas y francesas de 225 L.

Red wine made from grapes of the Syrah, Garnacha, Merlot, and Tempranillo varieties. The grapes come from the Ronda la Vieja estate at 1000m altitude, at the foot of the Acinipo ruins, from the Huerto de la Condesa estate at 600m altitude, and the Finca Viloria at 800m altitude.
The grapes macerate at a cold temperature for five (5) days. Aged in 225 L and 500 L French oak barrels for 6 months and a minimum bottle aging period of 4 months.
