Cabernet Sauvignon, Grenache and Syrah (may vary depending on the harvest year).

Winemaking and Aging

Cold pre-fermentation maceration. Fermentation at a temperature of 28ºC, with peaks of 30ºC. Malolactic fermentation in barrels.

Aging in new French oak barrels for 14 months with full lees, carrying out periodic battonages.
