Aromas de media intensidad, que huye de los empalagosos frutillos habituales en otros rosados ofreciendo otros de frutas blanca, ligeros cítricos y un fondo de violeta.
BOCA
Muy expresivo en boca, con una enorme carga frutal, fresco y con un ligero final amargo que lo hace largo. Algo glicérico debido al trabajo de fermentación con lías.
Hand-harvested in 10 kg boxes. Grapes stored for 24 hours in a refrigerated chamber at 2°C. 100% destemmed without selection table. Alcoholic fermentation at 28°C in stainless steel tank. Aged for 6 months in used 225L French oak barrels.

Winemaking
Cold maceration: grapes stored for 24 hours in a cold chamber (2°C). 100% destemmed bunches, no sorting table. Alcoholic fermentation at controlled temperature (28°C) in stainless steel tank. Aged on lees in stainless steel tank and briefly in oak barrel (1 month).
