The visual presentation reveals a clean and bright golden yellow.
AROMA
The nose is intensely fruity, with a predominance of white fruits (apple, pear). As the wine oxygenates and reaches temperature, a tropical fruit aroma emerges.
PALATE
Due to the Chardonnay grape variety and the time spent on its lees, it presents itself as dry and unctuous. The Sauvignon Blanc from higher altitudes brings us to a floral and herbaceous meadow.
Red wine from Sierras de Málaga. Red wine from Ronda.
Grape Varieties
Red wine made from grapes of the Syrah, Garnacha, Merlot, and Tempranillo varieties. The grapes come from the Ronda la Vieja estate at 1000m altitude, at the foot of the Acinipo ruins, from the Huerto de la Condesa estate at 600m altitude, and the Finca Viloria at 800m altitude.
Aging
The grapes macerate at a cold temperature for five (5) days. Aged in 225 L and 500 L French oak barrels for 6 months and a minimum bottle aging period of 4 months.
