The appearance shows a clean and bright golden yellow.
AROMA
The nose reveals intense fruity notes, with white fruits (apple, pear) prevailing. As the wine oxygenates and warms up, tropical fruit aromas emerge.
PALATE
Due to the Chardonnay grape variety and the time spent on lees, it presents itself as dry and unctuous. The Sauvignon Blanc from high altitude gives hints of a floral and herbaceous meadow.
