Production and Aging
Fermentation for about four weeks in contact with the skins, in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 10 months in oak barrels of different origins, sizes, and toasting levels.

Production and Aging
The grapes are directly pressed and undergo alcoholic fermentation at a constant temperature of fourteen degrees for three and a half weeks. Aged for three months on fine lees in stainless steel tanks.
