After its fermentation, a bleeding was performed 8 hours after maceration, to develop an alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature below 18º C. Finally, lees work was done during the first month of malolactic fermentation, not allowing it to fully complete, to enhance the wine's natural acidity.

Pale pink color with medium intensity, bright and clear. On the nose, it opens with red fruits like raspberry or strawberry, evolving to stone fruit sensations (peach or apricot) mixed with milky and floral notes in the background. On the palate, it has a gentle entry, is sweet and fresh, derived from a well-integrated acidity, with a silky body and very balanced.
