Ronda white wine is fresh and fruity.
In the mountains, different varieties are harvested that are not native, such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc or Viognier, which have adapted very well. Although the range can be extended to other varieties, the first two are mainly used. The vines are meticulously cared for in vineyards located 900 meters away and are surrounded by two Natural Parks: Sierra de las Nieves and Sierra de Grazalema.
The colors of white round wine range from the palest, like straw yellow, to the most golden. Its aromas, from the freshest and most fruity to the driest, passing through balsamic. With an always balanced aftertaste, its palate varies from the lightest young to the driest, unctuous or complex aged.
